My original dealings with Mark were when I had serious health problems, and I found him entirely professional, while at the same time able to adjust the house selling process to my circumstances. I thought so well of him at that time, that a couple of years later, when I finally decided to sell my home, I contacted him directly to ask whether he was still in the real estate business, and if so, whether he would be able to sell my house for me.
Happily he was and he could.
Mark then made the effort of coming to me, up the Southern Highlands, to discuss the sale, various advertising strategies etc. On inspecting the house, which he hadn’t seen for a few years, Mark gave me predictions as to probable price, depending on various scenarios. I might add here that some of his advice was against his own personal interest. I followed his advice, including using a professional to use display furniture to show the home at its best advantage.
